A little slice of heaven on earth! Take a cool dip in one of the many swimming holes off the picnic area up the creek and end your day with a delicious meal at the Historic Dewdney Pub church of the blues! Take the scenic route by sticking to side roads that eventually lead to Sylvester Road . . . so many surprises along the way!

My sister lives in Mission BC, and lived there the last 22 years but has never traveled to these beautiful falls and area. I just rode my cyclocross bike there from Mission and it took me one hour and 10 minutes to get there ( remember I'm 60 years old ) . Well having no idea where I was going I stumbled upon the road going to Cascades falls. At this time of the year when all the road side bushes and the flowers are showing lovely colours and the ride leading to the falls has delightful scenery. I then found the parking Lot and then the stairs leading up to the platform where one can see the flowing waterfalls and the suspension bridge . If you not gone up there I highly recommend spending an afternoon or any other time taking in natures beauty. A gem in our own back yard !

Fantastic fall and wonderful hike through a rainr forest. However, there is no way for the handicapped to experience it. The road runs by the falls, but is blocked by a bar. Too bad, w
We were travelling with a visually and mobility impaired person who wish to experience the falls, but we couldn't get them close enough. The gravel road was too rough to get up for them.

It is a great and beautiful area. Unfortunately some irresponsible visitors (or better call them uncivilized, rude, and idiot) produce a lot of garbage in the area.

Incredible falls and suspension bridge, maybe the best in the region. Definitely worth the drive, although the trail itself is short,

Enjoyed a fabulous winter scene on Saturday -- lots of people out enjoying the frozen falls. Be prepared for a slippery outing. There is 4" thick ice on the platforms and the trail is almost impassable -- the road to the falls isn't much better.

The falls are definitely beautiful. Did this one on Remembrance Day & it's less than 5 minutes from the parking lot to the falls so a very quick, short "hike".
