Diez Vista 50K


The Annual Diez Vista Run is a 50K or 100K trail run that features West Coast rainforest trails and gravel service roads, with over 6000 ft elevation change. This race features a $500 course record bonus, so get your running shoes ready if you think you can beat it!

Vancouver Sun Run


Canada's largest 10K road race, the Vancouver Sun Run begins in Vancouver's downtown core and runs through Stanley Park, then goes past English Bay onto the city streets, over the Cambie Bridge, and back towards BC Place. Because of the large number of participants, there are wave starts for the race. Awards are given to the top three males and females in each category. Registration deadlines vary by category.

5 Peaks Golden Ears Race


The 2nd race of the year in the 5 Peaks Running Series, The Sports course is 8.5K while the Enduro course is 13K. There are also Childrens Challenge (1K) and Kids (3K) races. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each category as well as top 3 male and female finishers overall. This is a cup free event so please bring your reusable containers.

BMO Vancouver Marathon


The BMO Vancouver Marathon is one of the top destination marathons in the world, and runs through Vancouver's downtown and past some of the city's most iconic landmarks. Join the full marathon, half marathon, 8K run, or enter your kids in the 1mile kids fun run. The marathon raises funds for RUN4HOPE, the marathon's official charity program, and go towards social impact and community good, and benefiting various national and community charities.

Run For Women


The Run for Women lets you choose between a 10k, 5k and 1k little girls run. Brought to you by Shoppers Drug Mart's LOVE YOU program, funds raised go towards BC Women's hospital's perinatal substance abuse programs.

Iron Knee Tender Knee Trail Race


Starting in Cleveland Park, this race finishes on the beautiful shores of Deep Cove. The race includes some great trails leading up to the challenging Powerline Climb.

The Longest Day Road Race


Enjoy an evening run on UBC’s beautiful campus followed by the best post-run party in Vancouver! There will be BBQ, music from a live band, a kids’ play zone, a beer garden and a picnic area!

Whistler Half Marathon


Described as 'Canada's most scenic half marathon', this course winds around Whistler Valley and goes along a number of neighbourhoods and parks along the way. Participants can sign up for the 21.1K marathon 10K, 5K or the 1K kids run. Proceeds go to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada.

Coquitlam Crunch Challenge


The Coquitlam Crunch Challenge is a community event to support the Coquitlam Community Diversity Fund and KidSport. The event is open to families and people of all ages. The Challenge starts at the base of the Coquitlam Crunch at the Scott Creek Community Gardens, with the full loop (up and down) of the Crunch trail being approximately 4.4km, taking the average person (walking) anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours.

The Coquitlam Crunch Diversity Challenge offers something for everyone, whether you are a hardcore athlete or you just want to get out in nature and exercise alone or with your family or friends. All ages and abilities are welcome.

There are 3 events: a 4-hour endurance race (Make it or Break It), an 8km race, and a recreational category.

Fat Dog 120 Trail Race


Fat Dog is an ultra race that has been listed as one of the top 9 toughest ultras by Outside Online. There are 3 different start points and routes, with the toughest (the 48 hour 120 mile) having an elevation gain just under that of Everest. Definitely not for beginners, the routes feature stunning views through 3 provincial parks.
