The Wellness Show

The Wellness Show features workshops, seminars and demonstrations aimed at helping you discover how to live a heathy, happy, balanced life. Check out the Celebrity Clooking Stage, Living Well Seminar Stage, Women & Wellness, Fitness Demo Stage and lots more. This is the largest trade show in Western Canada.

Earlybird RV Show

This is Greater Vancouver's premier spring RV show, with over 120,000 square feet of display space with over 50 booth exhibitors as well as private sales of RV by the public.

Fort Langley Historic Half, 10K & 5K

Designed to be one of the most scenic half marathons in the country, the route begins and ends at the Fort Langley National Historic Site. The route is challenging but you will be rewarded with majestic views. The 5K course runs through quiet streets in Fort Langley and is a relatively flat loop.

Run Ridge Run

This run offers a 13 or 25K distance, and a kids race. The course offers challenging climbs and descents and will offer participants great views of the lakes and the surrounding areas.

Dash For Dogs

This is a guided 2, 5, or 10K run with proceeds going to BC and Alberta guide dogs. Guided dogs and leashed dogs are welcome, but you don't need a dog to join in this fun and non competitive run. Pancakes and prizes at the end of the race.

Aldergrove Ramble 8K

The 3rd race of the Fraser Valley Trail Run series is a challenging but fun 4.8 or 8k route with short steep hills and muddy sections through Aldergrove Regional Park.

BC Boat & Sportsmen, BC Hunting Show

The Annual BC Boat and Sportsmen's Show features retailers specializing in fishing, boats, camping gear and outdoor products, lodges and resorts, and atv's. Your admission also gains you entry into the BC Hunting Show featuring hunting equipment and gear.

Try Events Vancouver Hot Chocolate Run

The Hot Chocolate Run supports BC's Centre for Ability, and is a 5 or 10k route that takes place in Stanley Park, along the seawall or around the Dovian Park loop. The race includes a souvenir finishing medal, souvenir event mug, after event snacks, and more.

MEC Greater Vancouver: Road Race TWO

Keep that momentum going with the second race in the MEC Greater Vancouver Road Race series, and get some dirt under your shoes in this 10 or 21.1k race. The route goes around Burnaby Lake on a scenic gravel path, and the race is chip timed, with run extras at the end including free post race massages from Alan McGavin Sports Medicine.

UBC Run for Rural Medicine

This is an annual walk/run event organised by the students of UBC's Faculty of Medicine, with proceeds going to charity Hope Air. Race Day Prizes will be drawn with some great prizes to be won.

BMO St. Patrick's Day 5k Race

An appropriately Irish themed race, the course is a scenic loop through Stanley Park. This event also has an after party with food, green beer from Granville Island Brewing, and a DJ. Sign up online, with a discount per person for team entries, and cash prizes. Proceeds from the race go to Diabetes Canada and helps send kids with diabetes to camp.

Cap Crusher

An 12 or 24K trail race or kids' race that goes around the upper Capilano Canyon. Featuring beautiful views of the river and the mountains that is billed as a quad crusher and takes place mostly on the west side of the Cleveland Dam.

Try Events Shamrock'n Race

Get into the St Patrick's Day spirit and dress up for this themed race and circle Burnaby Lake on a 21.1k or 7 mile course. The race supports the Canucks Autism Network and includes medals and draw prizes.

Up the Creek 5/10K

This event includes a 5K, 10K, and 1k junior portion, and takes place on a 99% soft surface. The trail goes along Hyde Creek and follows the dyke and Pitt River. Medals are awarded for placers for each category, with a participation ribbon for all kids participants.

BMO Sunshine Coast April Fool's Run Half-Marathon

This race runs from Gibsons to Sechelt, is a net downhill course and goes through a scenic route on BC's Sunshine Coast. Proceeds go to the Sunshine Coast Food Bank. Finishers will receive medals and hot soup, all in a beautiful rural setting.

MEC Greater Vancouver: Trail Race ONE

Take on nature for the price of a movie ticket in MEC Vancouver's first event in the 2019 MEC Greater Vancouver Trail Race Series. Come check out a fun new running location and have some fun on the trails while getting active and staying fit! Starting from University Hill Elementary and going through the northern section of Pacific Spirit Park, choose between a 5k or 9k race. The race will be chip timed and complimentary tea and fresh fruit will be provided.

Diez Vista 50K

The Annual Diez Vista Run is a 50K or 100K trail run that features West Coast rainforest trails and gravel service roads, with over 6000 ft elevation change. This race features a $500 course record bonus, so get your running shoes ready if you think you can beat it!

5 Peak Alice Lake Race

This 5 Peaks race features a Sports course (8.5K) and an Enduro course (13K), as well as a Children's Challenge (1K) and a timed Kids race (3K). This race starts out on the Four Lakes Trail, where you will pass by Stump, Fawn, Edith lakes, and finish on Alice Lake. The trail starts easy but features a steep ascent in the 2nd half of the run, as well as one of the premiere descent in Squamish, Credit Line. The race finishes on the beaches of Alice Lake, overlooking the highest peak of Garibaldi Park. This is a cup free event so please bring your own reusable containers.

Vancouver Sun Run

Canada's largest 10K road race, the Vancouver Sun Run begins in Vancouver's downtown core and runs through Stanley Park, then goes past English Bay onto the city streets, over the Cambie Bridge, and back towards BC Place. Because of the large number of participants, there are wave starts for the race. Awards are given to the top three males and females in each category. Registration deadlines vary by category.

Canadian Cancer Society's Daffodil Dash

MEC Greater Vancouver: Road Race THREE

The 3rd race in the MEC Greater Vancouver Road Race series is a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon. The marathon distance is a Boston qualifier so this is one to watch! The race follows the Trans Canada trail and finishes in Fort Langley, with the half marathon following a point to point course on a combination of trail and road. Furry Tails Foot Race

This 5 or 10K fun run is a fundraiser to raise money to help Langley's stray and lost dog and cats. Money raised goes to the Langley Animal Protection Society, and treats will be provided after the race. Register online and become a fundraiser.

BMO Vancouver Marathon Health, Sports & Lifestyle Expo

The expo, running during the Vancouver Marathon weekend, will be the hub for runners where they can pick up their marathon gear such as bibs, timings chips, etc before the race. Exhibitors will also be showcasing products and services, and admission is free to the public.

BMO Vancouver Marathon

The BMO Vancouver Marathon is one of the top destination marathons in the world, and runs through Vancouver's downtown and past some of the city's most iconic landmarks. Join the full marathon, half marathon, 8K run, or enter your kids in the 1mile kids fun run. The marathon raises funds for RUN4HOPE, the marathon's official charity program, and go towards social impact and community good, and benefiting various national and community charities.

5 Peaks Golden Ears Race

The 2nd race of the year in the 5 Peaks Running Series, The Sports course is 8.5K while the Enduro course is 13K. There are also Childrens Challenge (1K) and Kids (3K) races. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each category as well as top 3 male and female finishers overall. This is a cup free event so please bring your reusable containers.

Shoppers Drug Mart Run For Women

The Shoppers Drug Run for Women is about sisterhood and how our friends make us laugh, motivate us, and keep us going! The run in Vancouver takes place on Mother's Day and there is a 10k, 5k and 1k little girls run. The race is in support of BC Women's Hospital and includes some great swag bags and also victory bags with goodies along with jewelry and a race shirt.

BlueShore Mother's Day Run

The BlueShore Financial Mother's Day Run and Walk consists of a 3k, 5k and 10k Run and Walk in beautiful Stanley Park. Free fitness clinics and a Mother's Day expo are just some of the events happening over this weekend. Make a Wish BC and Yukon is the official charity of the run.

MEC Greater Vancouver: Trail Race TWO

This second race in the MEC Vancouver Trail Race series will have you nursing your sore legs, with over 2200m elevation gain over this 50k course. If you want to take it a little easier, sign up for the 15k course. The race will be chip timed, and complimentary coffee, fresh fruit, and free post-race massages will be provided by QubeCore sports and Rehab.

2019 RBC Race for the Kids

At RBC Race for the Kids, runners and walkers of all ages and abilities will participate in either a scenic 5k route or a 2k fun run, followed by a carnival celebration with healthy snacks and activities for the whole family.

BC Children's Hospital Foundation's signature running event has raised over $14 million since it began in 1986. Funds raised through the 2019 event will support childhood cancer programs and research as well as mental health initiatives.

We're calling on everyone to join the fun - whether on your own or on a team with your family, colleagues or classmates. Together, we can reach this year's goal of $1 million to help kids across the province.

MEC Greater Vancouver: Road Race FOUR

Run around the scenic dyke at Garry Point Park in the fourth race of the MEC Greater Vancouver Road Race series. The race will be 5, 10, or 21.1k, and chip timed with complimentary coffee and fresh fruit provided.

Vancouver Half-Marathon and 5K

The 5K run/walk starts at the Stanley Park Fish House, while the Half-Marathon starts at the Thunderbird Stadium and a shuttle bus will bring participants back to UBC free of charge. Participants can collect pledges for one of the 70+ charitable partners for this Canada Running Series event.

Canada Day Rock 5/10K

Register for the 10K, 5K, or enter your children into the kid's run at this Canada Day event. Course will be a loop of approximately 200m. Souvenir finishing medals will be given, as well as after even snacks and random prizes. The race supports the Surrey Urban Mission Society.

5 Peaks Cypress Mountain Race

The 4th race of the year for the 5 Peaks running series includes a 6.5k sports course, 11k enduro course, 3k timed kids' race, and 1k children's challenge. Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age category at all distances, as well as top 3 male and female finishers overall.

MEC Greater Vancouver: Trail Race THREE

The 3rd in the MEC Greater Vancouver Trail Race series is a challenging technical race in Smoke Bluffs Park in Squamish. Take in the breathtaking view along the Sea to Sky in a 5k or 10k race, which is chip timed. Complimentary coffee and fresh fruit will be provided, along with free massages from Allan McGavin Sports Medicine.

Chilliwack Fair Donut Dash

This is a 4 or 8k race at the Chilliwack Fair, which includes a Beer Maze! A great way to get involved in the community and gain free entrance to the fair, and support Chilliwack Agricultural Society at the same time. Win your weight in beer or root beer in the Beer Maze!

5 Peaks Whistler Blackcomb Race

The 5 Peaks running series is famous for great climbs and fast descents, and Blackcomb mountain is a great venue for this type of race. Choose from the 6.5k Sport course or the 10.6k Enduro course both of which travel by Blackcomb Lake. There is also a 1k Children's challenge and a 3k timed kids race. Please note that you will need a gondola pass.

MEC Greater Vancouver: Trail Race FOUR

MEC North Vancouver presents the 4th in the MEC Greater Vancouver Trail Race series in their own backyard, in the lush forests of the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve. As usual, the race will be chip timed, and compimentary coffee, fresh fruit, and free massages will be provided, this time by North Shore Sports Medicine.

Vancouver East Side 10K

The Under Armour Eastside 10k starts and finishes on Cordova street beside Woodward's. Because there is a 1h45m time limit on road closures from the City of Vancouver, participants are asked to keep this in mind before registering for the race.

The final race of the MEC Great Vancouver Road Race series, choose between a 5, 10, 21,1, or 42.2k race along the dyke in scenic Garry Point Park in Richmond. The race is a certified course and the marathon distance is a Boston Qualifier. Check the event link for more information.

Try Events Boundary Bay Marathon

This is the last Boston Qualifying course of the year, and features a flat course with no hills on a gravel ocean side trail. Participate in the full marathon, marathon relay, half marathon walk/run, or 5/10K walk/run. Medals will be given for all 3 top males and females in each distance category, and the race supports Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Vancouver Historic Half

The half marathon, 10K and 5K races are on a loop around the Seawall (the half is a double loop), and all distances receive a finishing medal. Awards are given to top 3 males and females in each age category, and participants will receive a souvenir t shirt as well as a finishing medal. The race supports the West End Coat Harbour Community Policing Centre.
