Nice easy hike. Took the long way to the sisters coming from the North end. Goes up a bit then levels out for the most part with a few ups and downs. Great hike to do with kiddos!

I found the best way to get onto the trail is to park at the Spring Bay Picnic Ground, which is on the right side of the road just a bit down the road (south) from the Entrance Bay Campsite. At the picnic ground, there will be steps beside the picnic area that go into a forested area. Follow this (~50m) until you see the road that goes to the Clear Creek Campground. Cross the road and walk up into the campgrounds and you'll find the entrance on the left site. It's well marked.

We didn't see anyone on the trail even though we saw several groups on the Teapot Hill Trail, which we did on the same day. The trail does not feature views of the road or lake. There is what looks to be an unmarked trail on the way to the loop but we did not check it out. Altogether, this is a good short trail but definitely do Teapot if you had to choose between the two.

The scenery here is undeniably beautiful. The actual '7 sisters' we're not far away. We continued walking the trail until we reached the next campsite. We didn't run into anyone else, even though it was a sunny Saturday in May, my guess was everyone else was at Teapot. This trail really is 'easy' as I had no problem and am quite out of shape. Some ups and downs but nothing too out of hand.
