There are lots of camping opportunities in Golden Ears Provincial Park as it's one of BC's most popular parks.

Summer camping is available at the Alouette Campground, Gold Creek Campground, and North Beach Campground. The Gold Creek Campground allows for camping year-round and all three campsites require reservations through BC Parks.

Backcountry camping can be done in a number of designated areas, including Alder Flats and Viewpoint Beach, which are near the Golden Ears Canyon Loop route. Further into the backcountry, camping is permitted at Halfmoon Beach (further north along the East Canyon Trail) and at Panorama Ridge along the Golden Ears Trail. Outhouses are located near each of the backcountry campgrounds. Backcountry Camping Permits are required to camp at these locations and can be pre-purchased through BC Parks.
