It was the hottest weekend of the summer and we were looking for a short grind.
After killing my car to get to the trailhead, we hiked 3K in the wrong direction in 40degrees to then discover the trail started next to my car.
Up there it was like walking in paradise.
Luckely there were lakes and creeks to skinny dip in, and altho I broke my back hauling a heavy backpack up, the beer I drank while taking this pic was more than worth it
