Garabaldi Provincial Park
Location: From Vancouver is about a hour drive along the sea to sky highway. Just before whistler on the right hand side there is a road to turn right on. Follow it 5 minutes to the end.

2 and a half hours later, you will find Garabaldi Lake. In July the dazzling purple flowers are out as you can see in the photograph. This has to be one of my favourite hikes, it was absolutely breathtaking.
