There are several camping options near Harrison Lake and the start of the Harrison Grind. Right next to the trailhead is the Harrison Springs Camping and RV Park which offers a variety of spots for tent campers or RVers.

About a 15-minute drive from the town of Harrison is Sasquatch Provincial Park, which has several campgrounds including Bench Campground, Hicks Lake Campground, and Lakeside (Deer Lake) Campground. Each campsite features space for tenters or RVers, toilet facilities, fire pits, and are nearby lakes that are popular for boating and fishing. Opening times vary for each campsite but generally the campsites are open from spring to early-fall.
