Are campfires allowed?

Campfires are prohibited in all Garibaldi Provincial Park campgrounds and in most BC Parks backcountry areas year-round. Province-wide fire bans (common between June and September) ban fires even where they would normally be permitted. Bring a stove for cooking. Check the BC Wildfire Service site before every trip for current restrictions.
