Get in the spirit of CANADA DAY! Come run the beautiful trails of Pacific Spirit Park at the RUN CANADA DAY 10K/5K and 1K Kids Run and then enjoy a post race BBQ and refreshments and a Canada Day cake in UBC Wesbrook Village. First time on the trails, no problem as we will be having FREE orientation evening runs from the UBC Running Room.
