Feasting my eyes on the majestic otherworldly splendour surrounding me. Friends and I had just hiked to the top of Opal Cone, which was the most difficult hike that newbie-me had done. (The scramble!) This was the first day of sunshine after staying a Elfin shelter three nights, and here I was, proud of myself for my achievement and in awe of nature's majesty, which the sunshine fittingly showcased.
