My friend and I decided to hike to Lindsay Lake on this moody, rainy day. It poured the whole way up and we didn't see many views but we didn't mind. At the lake, we sat down for a bite under the shade of a tree. When my friend walked over to that spot by the water, I played around with the foreground in the composition. During those brief moments, the fog magically lifted to reveal the reflection in the lake. Needless to say, I was pleased with how this image turned out; sometimes the best shots happen when you are least expecting them.
