I hiked up to the third lake with my uncle. He is the one who first got me into hiking and is my hiking partner for life. Anywho, we got to the third lake to take a snack break and there was no one in sight ! we had gotten up there so early we had the whole place to ourselves. It was a bit cloudy at first but then the sun finally started to creep through, creating this absolutely stunning reflection of the mountain in the water. I sat on the closest rock to the water I could find to embrace this truly magical moment.
