Off the main viewpoint of the lake is a rock trail cutting across the cool water of Garibaldi Lake that leads hikers onto a little island as shown in the photograpgh. If there was a little piece of heaven on Earth, this magical place is how I would imagine it to be. The glacier-fed turquoise water of Garibaldi Lake is simply mesmerizing and a sight to behold.
