Not a fantastic photo, but this is most likely the last photo found on my phone if events hadn't turned out as they did. We ignored ALL the warnings on the sign at the trailhead and hiked up Lower Gully late in the day, weather changed and both Em and I suffered injuries and hypothermia escaping the elements on our way back down when we didn't make our time deadline to meet Swan Falls Junction. The only decision we made right that day. We made it back to the parking lot with 15 minutes to spare before the gate would be locked for the night. DON'T ignore the warnings folks! They are there for a reason!
