Me and 2 other friends of mine decided to go to Garibaldi lake and camp there for 2 nights. We arrived on Friday evening and finished a good bottle of Wine that gave us excellent sleep in a cold night. On the next day, in spite of a lot of people telling us that it is very challenging to do both - Panorama Ridge trail and Black tusk, we decided to give it a try and do them at the same day. So with a strength of yesterday's wine and morning's coffee, we started our way to Panorama Ridge. The trail was magnificent, but very busy. We proceeded to Black Tusk, which shows out to be even more scenic and less crowded. We climbed to the very top of the Tusk and finished our hike with another bottle of wine and beautiful stargazing next to Garibaldi lake.
