The legend says Mt. Daniel's was a sacred place for first nation's women where they would receive their right of passage. We had 2 random dogs follow us up the top from the parking lot. One led in the front while the other trailed behind. They were like our spirit dogs and they disappeared as soon as we got back to the bottom.
