Location: Spent the night in the camp ground at Garibaldi Lake after hiking up to it the previous day from Rubble Creek parking lot just south of Whistler.

Here at 820 meters above sea level lies a breathtaking glacial fed lake called Garibaldi Lake. As I wake up to capture this magnificent sunrise with the visibility brightening up the Sphinx Glacier to the east and the Sentinel Glacier to the south on the flanks of Mount Garibaldi, this made for an imprinted image that will forever be in my memory.
