St. Mark's Summit

Postby nattchir34 » Thu Jun 16, 2016 3:31 pm

Hey guys,

I'm planning to hike to St. Mark's Summit on June 25th. Driving down from Seattle for a special occasion.
Heard there was a little bit of snow dump up on North Shore Mountains, has anyone gone up to hike there recently? What are the conditions like? How are the roads like getting to Cypress Provincial Park?

Anything helps! Thanks

Snow near the top of St. Mark's and the trail is quite muddy. This comment left today (June 16, 2016) should help: https://www.vancouvertrails.com/trails/ ... nts/#c9803

We hiked up to St. Mark's Summit on Sunday, July 10th and the trail is clear of snow. There were some muddy sections from the rain the night before, which made some of the roots on the trail slippery. It was sunny Sunday afternoon and we had a great view.
