Transit Hike to Big Cedar and Kennedy Falls

April 26, 2016

To celebrate the launch of their transit-friendly hiking app in Vancouver, TOTAGO (Turn Off The App – Go Outside) are organizing a hike to Big Cedar and Kennedy Falls by taking transit from downtown Vancouver this Saturday, April 30th.

The adventure will begin at the Burrard Street Skytrain Station Bus Bay #2 (on Dunsmuir Street, just west of Burrard) at 10:45am (hikers are encouraged to arrive at the location 10-minutes early). Participants will board the bus at 10:53am for the ride to the start of the trail, then complete the hike, before busing back to downtown Vancouver.

The founders of TOTAGO, Adrian and Aaron, will be leading the hike. The event is free, however you will have to bring money for bus fare or bring your Compass Card. Please also ensure to bring water, food (lunch and snacks), proper footwear for hiking a rugged North Shore Trail, and proper hiking clothing.
